This website has been developed for the District 17 Democrats in Maricopa County, Arizona. It contains important dates, voter registration information, candidate information, an events calendar. and other party info.

AZ LD 17 Democrats are exactly that … your local Democratic Party for parts of Chandler, Gilbert and all of Sun Lakes. As part of the Democratic Party, we are associated with the Arizona Democratic Party, with the Maricopa County Democratic Party and work with the Greater Eastern Maricopa County Democrats - GEMDEMS to insure Democrats run and win office.

Bill Gates for the Arizona State Senate

Website developed for Arizona State Senate candidate Bill Gates for the now ended 2012 campaign.

Karyn Lathan for the Arizona House of Representatives

As an Arizona native, Karyn remembers when Chandler was a rural farming community. Since then, she has had the pleasure of watching the community grow into a vibrant place to work, live and raise a family.

The people of Arizona need someone who will fight for their interests, not a partisan official caring only for the special interests they serve.

As your elected state representative, Karyn will put the needs of the people of Arizona above all else - People before Politics.

Rebecca Schneider for Congress

HockeyGurl Designs provided web design and development to the Rebecca Schneider for Congress campaign in 2010.

The website design was based upon a Powerpoint presentation provided by the campaign, and included press releases, news feeds, an event calender, and a series of YouTube videos produced by the Rebecca Schneider campaign.

This website is no longer active, but can be viewed as a PDF by clicking on the thumbnail on the right.

Rebecca is no longer with us, and is in our thoughts daily. RIP.

National Eye Foundation

HockeyGurl Designs provided web design and development to the National Eye Foundation at no charge. The website at right was created and our time was donated. The site went live in 2012.

This website has been recently removed without notice and our contract agreement with this organization was broken, so we have replaced our links to the site with a screenshot of the design and development work we did for them.

Arizona Coalition for Victim Services

The Arizona Coalition for Victim Services (ACVS) promotes awareness, training, and advocacy to statewide crime victim services providers. We are committed to the enhancement and protection of victims’ rights and needs.

Our original design is no longer live, and has been replaced by an in-house WordPress site.

However, our original concept can be viewed in PDF format by clicking on the thumbnail at the right.

NHL Booster Club

Every day is a great day for hockey!

The Mission of the NHL Booster Club is to create an environment where individuals from our member clubs can develop relationships that improve our communities, our friendships, and the sport of hockey across North America.

Save of the Day Foundation

The Robert Esche Save of the Day Foundation was a non-profit organization committed to enhance the life experience of those children and their families living with life threatening illnesses in the Mohawk Valley of upstate New York.

It was the Foundation's desire to impact the quality of life of an individual who does not have the financial support structure or the diverse opportunity to act themselves.

AZ Arboretums

AZ Arboretums is a website with information and links to arboretums and botanical gardens across the State of Arizona. It also includes an extensive and comprehensive plant list for the Desert Southwest, with botanical information, planting guides, and photos.

Visitors can also send their plant questions and problems to "The Plant Man" for specific information and assistance.

This website is currently undergoing a major redesign.
